Ordered pair of trainers on 30/12/2018 with dilevery timeframe between 07.01.2019 and 09.01.2018.
Called on company on 08.01.2019 and found that order is not shipped and they dont know when it will be shipped.
Emailed on 11.01.2019 and got a response =》I apologise for the dleay with this and we do not have an ETA on this at the moment but I will keep an eye on this and give you an update as soon as I can.
Called on 14.01.2019 and have same response.
