Ordered rug they took money ASAP then still not recieved rug 9 days later but slow !

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we do quote general delivery times on our delivery info page as a guide and ask customers to contact us prior to ordering if they need a next day delivery. We sent you an email on Monday 18th August quoting seven days into us as we were out of stock of the rug you ordered. We sent a further email on Friday 22nd August when we dispatched the rug to you with tracking information. I have tracked the delivery and it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow as our courier does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holiday Monday.
