After trying the sample pack, although the shampoo did clean the dogs, we felt like it left their coats feeling dry 😔
We live in a 'very hard' water area. Whether this has anything to do with it and the shampoo doesn't react well with it, I'm not sure but unfortunately is not the shampoo for us
