The one hour notification of delivery time by the driver is not overly satisfactory. I had to go out and had to arrange for colleague to sit in my house until the phone rang. Fortunately the delivery was around mid morning. An email overnight or early morning stating am or pm delivery may be helpful and does not discount the driving phoning.
