After having my in-progress trip curtailed due to the pandemic RTW took 11 months to obtain 1/3 of my flight refunds, then kept that money. Management and their customer care team have now stopped responding to emails.
I was able to speak to the agent who originally arranged my travel, and he was a great help, but the company is clearly one to avoid.
