I ordered 4 brass castors on a Thursday evening and on Friday morning Leanna contacted me as I had actually placed 2 orders as I thought the first did not go through. This enable me to correct the matter and save the duplicate cost. I was highly impressed by this attention to detail and the additional payment was refunded very promptly.
