The beds good quality and easy to esemble.
But the head board arrived badly damaged so the overall experience was rated as poor.
A replacement was sourced and arrived within x3 days,
So my children were unable to sleep in beds for x3 days.
Only an apology was given and no reduction in overall fee?
With the high cost of the beds I thought an offer should have been at least made?
