Absolutely outstanding both the customer service and the gazebo. We got the extra tie down kit and have left the gazebo up since November (it's now February) if it has been very windy we have taken the sides off (very quick to do) and it has withstood torrential rain, several inches of snow and gales (this isn't recommended but we did it at our own risk). Highly recommend this gazebo (Explorer 3x4 metres, with sides and heavy duty tie down kit).
