Riverside have been fantastic with great service , the Weber Master Touch on the other hand was very disappointing , it looks great in the pictures , but up close it`s cheap looking , the lid ceramic has cracked around the lid handle after one BBQ ( not good ) , i have a Weber Genesis which is fantastic , i also have a Traeger smoker which is brilliant , i guess you get what you pay for !!!!
