Ordered a BBQ that was meant to be delivered on a Saturday but was called into work which meant I had to ask for it to be delivered to a local shop on a Sunday. When I went to collect only half the order was available, phoned riverside and was told that it would be delivered the next day as the order had been split up, took the day off work and when nothing arrived by 13:00 I rang back and was told that nothing would be delivered until the day after AGAIN. Was frequently asked if I could leave it with a neighbour, can't do that because it's a BBQ and pretty big, also repeatedly asked if there was anywhere I could leave a 57cm webber BBQ until I came in from work. Asked to get a refund and told that it would be about a week until I could get the money back, so had to take yet another day off work, which meant I would have to work weekend to make the two days back that were wasted because someone there told me it would be delivered the day after requested. Completely unhelpful and incredibly frustrated with the service. Item hasn't arrived yet 5 days after order, fingers crossed it turns up tomorrow.
