I had an amazing experience with Steven Rodden and his colleagues with my new mortgage, to say he jumped through hoops for us, while we were going through what I would say was the most stressful time ever, would be an understatement. Nothing was too much trouble, he has the patience of a saint, and we were never left hanging on, if there was an update, we were informed at every step.
