I visited Rimmers store in Edinburgh looking to upgrade my Yamaha digital piano. The member of staff who was very knowledgeable and I eventually chose the model I wanted, a Yamaha CLP 675 and paid a deposit. Having indicated my interest in trading in a clarinet as well as my original digital piano, I submitted photos of the clarinet after returning home to the North of Scotland. There was a short delay agreeing a trade in price for the clarinet before the order for the piano was confirmed and I paid the balance on line. Arrangements were put in place for the piano to be delivered and set up in my upstairs music room by a specialist piano mover. The piano was delivered and built in my music room yesterday and I am very pleased with it. Thank you.
