I was very unhappy with the service. I had a session booked in London, on the basis of purchasing with next day guaranteed. Ordered on a Sunday, didn't arrive until Wednesday. Yes, the staff tried to call, but I was in meetings. Then I had an emailing saying it was going to be dispatched via Amazon. Truly disappointed.
