I visited Rimmer's shop in Leith, Edinburgh looking for a basic digital piano. I liked the look of one on the shop floor and when I enquired, was under no pressure at all to upgrade to a more expensive one. Most of the items I ordered was in stock at the store but those that weren't, were shipped from the warehouse in time for me collecting them a couple of days later. Staff were very pleasant.
