I had very good advice and help from Andrew at Southport Rimmers. He let me play on the model that I eventually bought - Casio CDP S100. The instrument came on time. What was disappointing was there there was only that keyboard for me to play. While the Roland GO61 was there it couldn't be opened for me to try out. I would have liked to have tried it out as I did not want a full 88 key keyboard as I have a small workspace. The Roland may have been better, but I did not want to risk the unweighted keys. The other thing I'd mention was the confirmation of purchase. Most other places send this confirmation almost immediately. It took a day to come through, so I was a little uncertain whether I'd been successful. On top of this, I did not get email confirmation about when it would come. I was told verbally that it should come on the Tuedsay, but I wanted to make sure I was around to receive it from the courier. That confirmation did not come until late on the Monday when I had ordered the item on the Friday. Seeing to those small matters would improve the customer experience. I am happy with the product.
