Our surveyor was was very knowledgeable about our damp problem and was able to carefully explain its cause and the best solution. He took the time to explain things fully and followed up by emailing some relevant literature. Fortunately, it was not as bad as we had anticipated. His expertise put our minds at ease and armed with his recommendations we are already tackling the problem ourselves. We very much appreciated his professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend Richardson and Starling to friends and family.
