We could not be more happy with the work on our old sash and case windows. Everyone we have dealt with has been great. At every point in the process (initial assessment to final inspection), everyone showed up when they said they would. Communication was also very good. Collin and Zach did an excellent job carrying out the work. They were courteous and clean. Collin was always happy to address concerns and answer any questions we had about the work. The reduction in outside sound and draught has been remarkable. It's like having new windows. We also really appreciated the fact that a manager came to do a final inspection and address any remaining niggles. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Richardson and Starling.
