I was a bit concerned about the possibility of damp in my property due to its age, awful wet weather and a side alley that never gets the sun and has tree overhang. So I decided to get a surveyor done. My property got a clean bill of health from Rick, which of course made me very happy. So why 5 stars? Rick was bang on time for the 0930 appointment and soon put my mind at rest with his assessment.
