A very good Company and one of the best I’ve come across. As a chartered Architect I have dealt with many building renovation projects often involving property preservation and repair aspects. This was a complicated job with the dry rot having spread through several properties including private flats as well as a shop and a public house. The professional approach carried out by Darren Williams to arrange for surveys, detailed scopes of works, specifications and estimates was excellent as was his follow up information regarding extra works uncovered and the project schedule with regular updates was all very informative and accurate. The onsite team of operatives comprising Chris Holmes and Greg Campbell carried out the works with great care and attention to detail and during the works they were always available to review progress and discuss any issues. This integrated team and their professional approach to this complicated project were major factors in achieving the successful completion of the work and to a very high standard. They have my highest recommendation for any work of this nature.
