I recently contacted Richardson and Starling in Edinburgh branch to get advice on a problem in the conservatory. Having used them in preference to other companies for a different issue a few years previously, I had no hesitation in going straight to them again this time. Malcolm, the surveyor, explained what remedial work would be required and what possible additional expense might be incurred eg a replacement window as the existing window was old and might break going back into the frame. The final bill was, in fact, exactly as quoted. Malcom very kindly returned to check an issue for me before the work started and this was much appreciated. Communication was very good from the first point of contact with the office staff and then with Malcolm and John, the Contracts Manager. Malky, who did the work, was absolutely excellent. I feel that Richardson and Starling provide a personal customer-focused service at reasonable prices and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
