Dan, Edward and Clinton managed the transition from end of tenancy to sale in a professional and courteous manner, with the added bonus of achieving the asking price. There were the usual niggles from the buyer's side towards exchange, but all communications were carried out in a swift manner to a successful conclusion.
I would recommend Saunders to anyone considering a sale of their property and in fact, have already done so!
