I rang around a lot of domestic Repair companies before settling on Repair Aid. Most were giving me ridiculous leadtimes. Repair Aid were well priced, professional on the phone, didn't over promise and met expectations. Washing Machine was repaired on-time by a professional guy. He seemed tired but just got on with the job. I think it had been a long day but he was still professional. Would definitely use them again.
