I had cause to contact them as the flowers did not arrive at the correct address. I cannot fault the way they sorted it out and re-sent the requested flowers. Their flowers are always excellent and I am so sorry that some of the delivery drivers do not do their job as efficiently.
I would certainly use this company again despite the hiccup as I am sure they will address the problem of careless/lazy delivery drivers
