I recently bought a cajon online with Rattle and Drum. It took 15 days to be delivered instead of the two or three specified.
I was not informed of any of the problems Rattle and Drum were experiencing with the delivery company. I had to phone them a number of times.
At the end the cajon did not arrive on time for my son's birthday.
