My wife and I separated three months ago. My wife had always dealt with any money matters, so when I discovered a series of mortgage arrears- unpaid loans and a warrant of eviction within a fortnight I was horrified to say the least! Contracts are now being exchanged- halting the repression order, and on completion, the mortgage, other charges and outstanding arrears will finally be paid off, saving my wife and I from a life time of debt.
