As a company ans what they stand for we will no longer buy anything from them, after a bad experience in one of their stores where a staff member was mocking anc trying to shame us and our special needs child we were with, after putting in a official complaint Their response to the situation and the seemed to think that this behavior was ok and it’s ok for inexperienced you d staff member had a right to speak scores the shop to both him and other staff members Rather than a adult who was present A massive tail it shows money is more important that people and they have no regards to special needs and clearly are not welcome in their stores Will never give them another prey of our money again A discrace of a company !!!

I purchased a handbag while on my last day in Las Vegas. When I arrived home, I noticed that one of the leather loops to hold the strap in place was broken. I contacted Ridley. They directed me back to the store. I explained that I’m in Canada and purchased in Vegas. So, they agreed to send me the part. I had to follow up weeks later before it was sent. They sent a metal loop. I emailed again with more photos and then they sent me a leather loop…but one that is too small for my purse. I sent yet more photos. No response. I followed up with two more emails. No response. So, I’m left with a bag with a strap missing.

Manger in Swindon outlet so rude . She could not even crack a smile on the way she speaks to her staff I wonder she has any . Will not shop in that store again

PLEASE BE WARNED ~ Do NOT purchase anything from Radley as they are clearly not the company they used to be! They are now money grabbing fraudsters who should not be able to trade in Australia as they do not comply with Australian standards & legislation. I collected my ‘new handbag’ yesterday from my local post office & went straight home to unpack the box & found the bag inside was fully sealed in a plastic bag with cardboard either side. The sealed bag was packed in bubble wrap & in a sealed undamaged box, however upon opening the sealed plastic bag I was surprised & disappointed to find there is some kind of soiling / marks on various areas of the lining on the inside of the bag. Radley are trying to blame me for these marks due to the time the parcel took in transit being 20 days to get to me in Australia?! The parcel arrived at the parcel collect at my post office on Monday 15 May & I was able to get away from work to collect on Thursday 18 May. ‘Sandra’ offered me a 10% discount to keep a not as described & not fit for purpose soiled item that I purchased in good faith?! Unbelievable! ‘Sandra’ is apparently a Team Leader & is an absolute embarrassment to the company with her accusatory responses to me. I take great offence at being accused of being dishonest & have been left with no alternative but to seek legal advice & my family have agreed to back me to commence litigation against ‘Sandra’ & Radley London. We will stand our ground with all the facts behind us which we can prove to to let this company know they are not above the law. This company should not be able to get away with treating customers in such an abhorrent & defammatory way & think they can blame the customer for items which were either stored incorrectly or seconds or just plain faulty. I am the customer who paid for an item in good faith & received goods in a sealed bag in a less than new condition. We will also be going to the media both here in Australia & in the UK to spread the word on the behaviour of this horrendous company & its horrendous staff.

I saved really hard to buy a radley bag. I had never had one and I bought one in March for a special ocassion. It is now April and all the seams are coming apart on my new bag. I am so sad, all that money for an absolute terrible bag!!!

I telephoned the Liverpool store whose Customer Service was totally awesome. They went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. I have visited this shop many times and placed orders with them they are always superb as are their products. Today James and the Manager were absolutely fantastic

I purchased one of Radley's beautiful bags. Extremely happy with it and very impressed with the ease of ordering. Very useful 'zooming-in' feature, allowing you to see close-up detail of the product. Very quick delivery and excellent communication of delivery progress by text. Gift wrap service available. Always excellent quality and service.

Firstly the bag i was ordering was on sale! First time Ordering from the site and it was very straight forward. They do next day delivery free which I feel around this time of year is a necessity to make sure it's here before Christmas! They also keep you updated as to when they will deliever!

The quality of their goods is fabulous. The sales are really worth taking a look at as you can pick up some great bargains. When they arrive, which is very quick, they are professionally wrapped to protect your purchases. I highly rate Radley products for quality and their professional approach to customer service. Returning anything is simple, quick and the money refunded with no hassle. Excellent company.

Ordered an item as a present. 2 weeks later found the recipient already had the bag. Returned the bag + explanation and received immediate refund. Later I purchased a more suitable bag and got another of excellent quality, 2-day delivery, superbly wrapped and absolutely delighted.

It makes a lady feel great having a package arrive which looks so smart and packed so well. Always love what I purchase from Radley and I don't think I have ever had any cause to send anything back.
