Recovered all the date on my dead memory stick. I was told that there would be no charge for the courier collecting my memory stick, but was not told that I would be charged for the courier to return it. I think that you should be upfront about all the charges so that people know the exact total that they are going to have to pay. Otherwise the service was excellent.
