I had an external hard drive, broken since 2014, and the team managed to save all my videos and photos on it, in fact everything. They were very fast and efficient and I am very pleased with the results. However, be advised that VAT is added onto the actual cost and that was £100! As well as the cost of a new external hard drive onto which they uploaded all my saved data. No complaints whatsoever about the service at all - but just be aware that a hefty amount of VAT will be added onto your final bill.
