Dave understood the different problems; he reconfigured Outlook which was not working, reconfigured my emails and added them back in local storage PST, which he also re-organised as their format was so messy before. He found my email contact list of over 1,500 people which had been lost and was able to put it back and then set up a backup program so everything is now saved to an external USB drive. He has rationalised everything so it is much easier and more suitable for my needs which is great, as I am dyspraxic and don't find computers easy.
