I had been having problems connecting to Wi-Fi which I could not resolve myself. I read reviews online for QWERTY -IT and everyone spoke highly of Dave......I gave him a call and we arranged a time that same day at a time that would suit both of us. He arrived promptly on time armed with some amazing spare parts, tools and equipment. He arrived masked and gloved as well which was impressive given the current covid-situation. He quickly discovered that we had broke parts on our PC Tower so he took them away ...they were 15 years old !! He suggested that we could possibly benefit from a slightly newer tower and monitor ( same age as Computer)....he listedfor us all of our options.....from a laptop to a faster, speedier tower which he could supply .....and he transferred ALL our information on to the new tower !! We got our new tower the next day !! He fitted it all in for us and checked that everything wa working. His IT knowledge is absolutely Amazing. I ca honestly say that you can trust dave with your PC and contents ....and he offers an after-sales service as well if you are not too sure about anything. I will use this company again. Moira Band
