I was disappointed when I realised that the first contact was by phone which was definitely not what I wanted. I ignored the phone calls and assumed they were another hard sell company so went to another provider and bought my insurance. I actually got a quote emailed through at the end of the day and it was cheaper than the insurance I'd bought. It was shame that if QS had emailed me straight away, they would have had my business
