Please never, ever use this company. I bought an iPhone 8 on quickmobilefix.com as I needed a new phone. Expected delivery was 7-10 working days. The company went significantly over this time, citing staff shortages due to the pandemic as an excuse. By the 5th of January 2021, my old phone had broken and the one I ordered still hadn't arrived. I therefore bought a new phone from a different source and cancelled my order through quickmobilefix.com. They told me that the refund would be in my account within 3-5 working days. When this deadline was not meant they explained that due to staff shortages they were experiencing some delays, but that the money would definitely be in my account by the 25th of February. I still haven't received this refund and am pretty certain now that I have been scammed.
