I bought a IPhone 2 months ago, they were supposed to deliver in 10 working days, after 15 working days the phone was not ready yet, and they couldn’t say when it would be. So because I had to leave the country, I cancel the order, fine. I’m STILL WAITING for the refund, and today they say I might get the refund on 24 of February, this is 3 months after the purchase.
Unacceptable.
