The Simple answer is Shelagh, since I started with QAccounting Shelagh has been the one to look after me.
Shelagh has been perfect for my needs and Im sure I frustrated her with some of my requests and issues.
Shelagh is very friendly and pleasant to deal with, Im sure she is a very busy lady but she has always taken time to explain things, guide and help me when I asked for her help.
After leaving the Rigs 18 months ago I had planned to stop using an accountant, but because I deal with Shelagh I decided to continue using QAccounting.
