I purchased this policy on the recommendation of a friend , i was on holiday in germany and had the misfortune to breakdown , we managed to take bike to a mottoradd dealer , it was a saturday, we phoned the number we were given for breakdown abroad , we were on the phone for 50 minutes on my friends phone , got fed up ,and redialed ,this time on the phone for 30 minutes, still no response . Then remembered that my carol nash bike policy covered breakdown (which i had forgotten about) ,phoned got through within 2 minutes and myself and bike was repatriated the next day . it was not a nice feeling to be stranded in germany with no one on the other end of a phone to help me. would not recommend this product.
