The breadth of data at your fingertips is stunning! Property Data is a critical piece of software for my business. It saves me so much time, and prevents expensive bad investments, by thoroughly researching data on a given area. I myself use it primarily in the appraisal process. Within a couple of minutes I can have enough data to input into my spreadsheet, and make a decision on a plot of land. It used to take me half an hour at least to source the same information.
