Astonishingly, we thought that arranging a ln auction loan for development would be similar to a bridging loan and just bought land with planning without arranging the finance prior to auction. We then realized what we'd done when our usual lender refused to help. Very happy to have then found top 10, Zara have funded hundreds of developers and clearly knew what to do. All ended very well, we are happy to say!
