Click & collect (payment online in advance) available only, prohibiting browsing. Entrance & parking could be more prominently indicated. On arrival, signs state procedure to follow and to wait for goods to be brought out to your vehicle, but acknowledgement of your presence would be reassuring. Overall, a pretty straightforward experience and any criticism under the circumstances is perhaps unwarranted, but I'm only trying to be constructive.
