I am editing my review because Prinvest threatened me with legal action if I did not...take from that whatever you will. Here are the facts: Prinvest marketed a student property investment offering guaranteed yields. They claimed they had a great deal of experience/knowledge etc to make you feel comfortable. The property we invested in (in Cardiff) was never built. The developer went into administration and our money has apparently vanished into thin air. I would be extremely cautious as they still appear to market similar properties with guaranteed rental yields which we have discovered, to our great cost, are not actually guaranteed. Prinvest conduct no due diligence whatsoever so anything they're claiming in their marketing is just what a developer has told them and they seem to make no effort to investigate or establish whether the yields they promise are plausible/achievable or likely to materialise. But at least they threaten their customers with legal action when they get bad reviews. So that's a great business model.
