Excellent service! I have ordered my third book from Print-my-PDF.com. The process is super easy and takes literally seconds. For my choice, I love the A5 ring binder form. The books are printed and ready to go within 12 hours. The quality is great! They arrive protectively packaged in a couple of days at the most. One of the books I ordered is available online free in pdf form but rare in print. I saw hard copies on sale for over £80 on eBay. I got the same book for less than £15 from Print-my-PDF.com. I don't know what I'd do without them!
