First let me start by saying that it took an entire month for me to receive my order. The FedEx tracking link never updated or showed any progress or movement with my items. Neither did my PLT thing app. When I would check my order in the app it kept saying the same thing (that my order was dispatched and would arrive May 4th). It’s now May 20th and I just received my order this morning. I placed my order on April 21st. I am giving them three stars because most of my items fit well. But I will not be ordering from them again. Their website does not show customer reviews or photos and I don’t like that seeing as though I normally gauge what size and what items to order based on customer reviews. Also, I am missing an item.
