Usually have a great experience with PLT however I’m quite disappointed now, especially considering I’ve never spoken badly of them.
I paid for free next day delivery for my account September/October of 2019 which has expired yet every time I go to order it asks me to pay for it again?
Can this issue be fixed ASAP please.
I’ve sent an email on this issue but have received not reply.
