As a first-time customer I am unable to comment on the actual service provided but was impressed with the well presented web site, the variety of flowers, arrangements and plants that are available - all at very reasonable prices - and have found the ordering process easy to follow. I suggest it could be helpful to customers for a "box" to be provided so that they may make special requests, e.g. that a container not be a particular colour or that the rose is definitely pink and a yellow one is not sent - or even a note to please not deliver until after a certain time.
