Flowers delivered ok but paid extra to get a 12 month pass for free delivery. No pass received, wanted to order another delivery, but no option to select free deliver (only option to pay standard or pay egain extra for 12 month pass...), messaged them on facebook but no response. Real shame, won’t be using again. So many people doing the same to be misleading customers!!!
