Outstanding customer service especially in these difficult times. Ordered some items & one had a small fault, as it was for a gift I wanted it to perfect but had limited time to rectify.. emailed customer service and received apology & a promise to put it right by sending out for next day delivery. Item received next day (which in times like these was unbelievable) and was in perfect condition. Cannot recommend this company enough, many thanks indeed to Brian for all his efforts, I will certainly be using his company again. Highly recommended & nice to know genuine care & customer service still exists out there. Thank you.
