I originally chose this supplier as their price was most competitive for the item I required.
The parcel was then despatched promptly. Sadly the parcel disappeared into the system of the courier, Tuffnells, and two weeks later had not been delivered. I contacted Premium Tile who advised that Tuffnells said the problem was disruption at one of their depots caused by CV19.
As I could not afford to wait indeffinately in the hope that the parcel eventually turned up, Premium Tile very promptly arranged a refumd.
