Very easy tenancy with PPC. The background check and agreement signing process was efficient and fast. They operate a rigorous “check-in” process with photos of everything that leaves little room for disputes at the end of the tenancy. We had no issues with the house so nothing to report but we were reassured by the fact that PPC has a good reporting system in place to get problems fixed. PPC also ensures that emergency support is available during the holidays. Our thanks to Steve, Steph, Karen and our landlord.
