Small problem in that the box arrived open and with essential parts missing. After a phone call to explain the issue the required parts arrived next day. Would have given a lower rating but the price I paid for the powertool (50% less than anywhere else) and the problem being resolved so quickly made up for the minor inconvenience.
Will consider buying from them in the future.
