I ordered and paid for in full over £1000 for a develbis concerntrator 10l/min
I paid by credit card and the payment was taken on 11/3/20 in full( confirmed by credit card company)
Since then I have heard nothing either by email phone text or letter.
I tried phoning 10 x but it “sorry to keep you waiting etc”on Monday AM
I have sent an email
I’m so worried I’ve been scammed
