Wasn’t the simplest method to organise up to the point of installation but the fitter was excellent and was very methodical in the fitting process. I would have preferred old school method of a visit to discuss the options and placement options also. However, as stated the fitter restored 100% faith in what was now happening, so all good in the end.
I have not given high points for the planning and booking process but this is probably not the usual circumstances for all users. Overall very pleased in the end!
